For summer 2025, trivago wanted to expand its brand presence on social media in its “home” country, Germany.
Key Insight: Germans are very perceptive of how “german” they’re being, especially while on holiday. So we partnered with creators that specialize in… making fun of Germans.
We explored what it means to “travel like a German” and showed how comparing hotel prices on trivago fits perfectly into the German mindset.
